Corum’s ambassadress visits Bahrain Jewellery Expo

To celebrate their 50th anniversary, Swiss watch manufacturer CORUM has chosen Lebanese popstar Elissa as their brand ambassadress in the Middle East and Gulf countries. She will be the brand’s VIP guest during the region’s most important jewellery exhibition in Bahrain.
Ambassadress of the Swiss watch manufacturer, the famous singer Elissa, will be the brand’s VIP guest during the most important jewellery exhibition in the Middle East, which will be held from November 23rd to November 27th 2005. Elissa’s lovely charm has captivated the attention of the press since the beginning of the year through a strategic advertising campaign in the region. She was the obvious choice for CORUM as she embodies the original, creative and innovative spirit of the brand.
Honoring her commitment to the Swiss watch manufacturer, Elissa will attend the next main event- the prestigious Bahrain Jewellery Exhibition, where she will represent CORUM. On the 24th of November, a Press Conference will be held, followed by a visit of the CORUM booth at the Asia Jewelers Stand during the Ladies Morning, in which Elissa will try on various CORUM timepieces for customers and sign autographs for fans. This provides an occasion for Bahraini women to further explore the brand and interact with the singer, who has always expressed her appreciation for CORUM’s designs. An intimate cocktail reception will take place in the evening where Elissa will have the chance to rub shoulders with CORUM agents, VIPs and guests.
To inaugurate the beneficial partnership, the year started off with a magical evening boat cruise on the waters of the Dubai creek, when the collaboration between CORUM and Elissa was announced. At the time she declared: “I am thrilled to have joined CORUM as their Ambassadress in the Middle East. I’ve always loved CORUM watches and already own several models. When CORUM contacted me with hopes of a collaboration, I jumped at the opportunity to represent one of the most luxurious and unique watch brands of all time.”
Elissa also recently visited the CORUM booth at the World Watch Jewellery Fair in Basel, Switzerland. She honored journalists and CORUM agents from the Middle East with her presence during an exclusive gala dinner that was hosted by the watch brand. It ended in a delightful evening where CORUM unveiled their new collection of daring designs.
