Xceed Contact Center has announced the establishment of Xceed Professional Services, a specialized customer contact consultancy, which aims to bring global standards of customer communications to the region. Based in Dubai, Xceed Professional Services will serve as the complimentary consultancy arm that builds upon the experience and expertise of Xceed Contact Center, which takes Cairo as a home base. Through its best practices approach, Xceed Professional Services offers customer contact consulting services and formulates solutions for customer relationship enhancement with the vested goal of ensuring customer retention and loyalty. “We work in partnership with our clients to ensure that they get the most from their customer relationships through developing sustainable customer loyalty and maximizing customer lifetime value.
