Within its aims to consolidate its presence in the region’s property expositions and to simultaneously benefit from the experiences and exchange in ideas with other companies, SNASCO, a leading property firm in the region, are to take part in the Kuwaiti Aqar Exhibition, one of the most prominent exhibitions in Kuwait, that will be held from 13th to 15th February, at Sheikh Salwa Al Sobbah Hall, Marina Hotel. For its first involvement in a property exhibition for 2007, SNASCO aims to promote the "Sharjah Investment Center" (SIC) and to strengthen its presence regionally, whilst attaining an increase in sales and generating further property investment opportunities. "It's a great pleasure to have this opportunity to meet this group of some of the leading property and investment firms and banks at such a gathering.” said Mr. Saleh N. Al-Sorayai, Chairman of SNASCO. “This is a valuable opportunity to take advantage of the investment potential in Kuwait, in addition to benefit in the exchange of experiences and ideas with the other participating firms. When so many companies are involved in such property exhibitions, the overall property market in the region is strengthened and as a consequence, those firms taking part usually witness an increase in their own revenues and sales." He added: "We will take this opportunity to promote to the fullest extent, what makes SIC such a unique project, as this development represents a turning point in the industrial progress of the UAE as a whole.” Its worth mentioning that SNASCO had recently announced the completion of 30% of the SIC’s land flattening works, which incidentally is a 32 million sq ft mixed-use project. The project is situated on the Emirates Road near to Sharjah International Airport and Hamriyah Port, and is the first mixed use industrial development in Sharjah. The scheme is characterized as a multi-purpose initiative, which includes industrial parks and commercial and residential campuses; delivering investment and logistic services that add a new economical dimension to the emirate.
