Bob Geldof to Attend Exclusive Air Miles Event in Dubai

Irish rock star and anti-poverty campaigner, Bob Geldof, will attend an exclusive Air Miles event in Dubai on November 21 raising awareness and support for the needy in Africa. Air Miles will donate all the proceeds of the event to the international charity ‘All As One’ - which has a children’s centre, school and medical clinic in Sierra Leone. All proceeds from the event will go towards supporting the centre care for it’s children as well as obtaining land to build a new children’s village in All As One’s ‘Building A Future’ project. The Air Miles sponsored event themed ‘An Evening for Africa with Sir Bob Geldof’, to be held at the Habtoor Grand, includes a reception featuring entertainment by Dubai Drums, followed by a sit-down dinner at which paintings by children from the centre autographed by Geldof and other memorabilia will be auctioned. All As One is an international non-profit organisation registered in Sierra Leone and has offices in the UAE’s International Humanitarian City and the United States.
