Empost, the leader in express courier and cargo and logistics in the UAE, has announced the launch of a new and improved website (www.empostuae.com) with a new look, user friendly navigation, updated content and a more effective online experience for customers. Empost’s CEO, Mr. Sultan Al Midfa said: “Over the past year, Empost has been taking rapid strides towards a planned revitalisation of its information delivery services and public image. To that end, we have invested in the development of this new site to provide a professional, cohesive and enhanced image in support of our expansive and ever-increasing gamut of services.” Empost’s new look website will augment service delivery for its expanding customer base that is beginning to harness the potential of the internet for their logistics needs. During the last few months, Empost has made several new additions to its service spectrum; the new website will feature all the updates about Empost’s new services. Important aspects as well are the online booking facility, the rate calculator and the track and trace - one of the key features of the new website. Customers can trace the status of their shipment by just entering the airway bill number and they will be able to know the current location of their shipment. As part of its technology improvement plans, Empost has also upgraded its IT infrastructure in order to facilitate smoother operation, better utilisation of resources and enhanced speed of delivery. “While our objective is to become the unmatched, premium, complete end-to-end service provider in the domestic and international distribution space, we are always seeking to provide solutions beyond our spectrum and our comprehensive foray into cyberspace is one of these solutions,” said Mr. Al Midfa. Empost accredits its consistent growth through innovation and refinement of services, which have been the company’s primary strengths for over a decade. The company has evolved over the past decade to cater to growing and diverse business needs through a host of value-added services such as Ezimail, Total Mailroom Management, Heavies Express Service, Mass Courier Deliveries and a stream of other services including insurance on all dispatches. A reliable, comprehensive logistics solutions provider, Empost’s multi-pronged approach is put into practice by a team of 1,000 specialised staff members to make it the UAE’s fastest growing integrated freight forwarding and logistics solutions provider.
