Shaza Hotels Forges Ahead with New Developments

Dubai, United Arab Emirates Regional lifestyle brand Shaza hotels has announced its participation in the 2008 edition of Arabian Travel Market, where senior executives will be present to discuss major recent developments. Taking place from 6-9 May at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre, Arabian Travel Market is the region’s leading, annual travel and tourism exhibition for industry professionals and Shaza will be returning to the event this year following its strong debut in 2007. “Arabian Travel Market is the premier travel forum in the Middle East and is the perfect platform to communicate the innovative concept behind the Shaza Hotel brand,” said Christopher Hartley, CEO of Shaza Hotels. “We are solidifying our foot print across the region and have made significant strides in several of our key developments, which we plan to share with the travel trade industry through our strong presence at this year’s show,” he added. Shaza’s Arabian Travel Market 2008 exhibition stand will be located in the Zabeel Hall of the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre (# HC320), adjacent to the Kempinski group of hotels. The product of a partnership between Kempinski, Europe’s oldest luxury hotel brand, and international financial firm Guidance Financial Group, Shaza Hotels will own and operate properties in gateway cities throughout the MENA region. Shaza will act as owner-operator for its upcoming projects in Bahrain, Cairo, and Marrakech, while hotels in Doha, Dubai, and Muscat will be operated under pure management contracts. New developments will be announced at Shaza’s press conference during ATM. The press conference will take place 7 May at 3pm in Room C (Umm Al Quwain), during which several senior executives from the company will be present to address the press.
