Nissan Tiida enthusiasts enjoy exciting trip to Dubai

July 24, 2008
Country: Swaziland
Client(s):
Nissan Motor Company has congratulated five pairs of Nissan TIIDA enthusiasts from Japan with an exclusive trip to Dubai as part of the celebration of its Tiida compact car sales exceeding 1 million sales around the world. The Middle East is one of the largest markets for the Tiida, and Dubai is one of the most popular destinations for Japanese tourists. The trip, which was the main prize in a raffle draw, began with a celebration ceremony held at the Nissan showroom in Dubai. “The Nissan Tiida is a very friendly and comfortable car. It gives me a sense of freedom while I’m inside it,” commented a female winner from Tokushima, Japan. On the other hand, one male winner added, “The Tiida is a very fashionable and trendy car. It is very practical but I’m also extremely passionate about driving it.” Global cumulative sales of the Tiida compact car topped one million in March 2008. This milestone came just three and a half years after the Tiida was introduced on September 30, 2004 in Japan. Although Japan is the mother country for the Tiida, the Middle East can justly be called its second home as it is a best seller here.
