du, the UAE’s integrated telecom service provider, celebrates the 37th National day and announces the milestone achievement of 3 million customer base in mobile services. This has been achieved in just 21 months of operations. du is presenting this landmark accomplishment to the honourable leadership of the UAE and its residents. This achievement comes shortly after the declaration of the company’s first-ever net profit since its inception. du announced a net profit of AED 31 million during the third quarter of 2008,a year before the stated objective in its financial plan.
