Mohammed bin Rashid Establishment for Young entrepreneurs signed a non-exclusive agreement with Deyaar Development to lease the commercial offices at the EBV.
This step is considered one of the many initiatives that have been taken by the Mohammed Bin Rashid Establishment to support Young Business Leaders. The project was devoted entirely to the concept of upbringing and promoting entrepreneurship through supporting individual projects, and providing investors with an opportunity to learn about the near future vision for the Emirate of Dubai.
This step comes in the framework of the strategy adopted by the entrepreneur’s village dedication in nurturing the spirit of entrepreneurship in the UAE and encouraging the growth of new businesses in the small and medium business sectors in Dubai. The project is a gateway to success for entrepreneurs who wish to set up and establish their dream venture and contribute to the development of Dubai. The Village offers several major projects on which it differentiates itself from the other working environments in Dubai.
The Village is a leading integrated business forum for business and social activities. EBV is located within a spectacular natural environment; one can enjoy a wonderful dinner or participate in an informal work meeting and is a living center for exhibitions and events.
Apart from the other facilities in the Village, EBV maintains several halls for business conferences and meetings, a child-care centre, gymnasium and health club facilities as well as catering services and retail outlets.
EBV is located about 10 minutes away from the business district and major government departments and the airport. It contains a leading business centre to meet the needs of entrepreneurs as well as administrative services, consulting, financial and business support services and flexible options for the commercial offices.
The EBV aims to attract all sectors (media, health and communications, law, etc..), where each sector depends on many other sectors in order to enhance day-to-day operations and expand within the UAE and the region.
