Designing, building and maintaining the next generation of bridges

The rise in ambitious bridge architecture and huge mass-transit projects in the Middle Easthas certainly attracted global attention. The new generation of iconic bridges is pushing the boundaries of bridge construction through a combination of architecture, sculpture and engineering. Other billion dollar projects including the Qatar-Bahrain Causeway and the Yemen-Djibouti Bridge, attract attention due to thei mass size and ambition.

This wave of new projects sweeping the Middle East, has led to industry experts seeking a best practice approach and better tools to sustain bridge infrastructure. Bridge design and engineering is a key construction market for the immediate future.
