Hilton ends whirlwind Dubai visit

Paris Hilton’s whirlwind visit to Dubai to film her latest reality TV series ends of Friday following a glitzy party this evening - but the hotel heiress is set to return for the show’s launch in October.

“Paris leaves tomorrow but she is definitely coming back for the launch of the show,” an insider from the Hilton camp told Maktoob Business on Thursday.

The American beauty has been in Dubai for the past three weeks filming the third series of her show 'Paris Hilton My New BFF', in which she puts a group of women through their paces to see if they are compatible and can be her 'best friend forever'.

Her stay in the Muslim state attracted global media attention as the world waited to see if Hilton, best known for her sex tapes and drink driving offence that landed her in jail, would manage to tone down her antics.

Much to the international media’s dismay the 28-year-old has abided by local customs during her time in Dubai and, except for claims of bikini-clad pictures at the Atlantis hotel, has been seen out in tops covering her shoulders and dresses that fall below the knee.

Hilton has documented her stay extensively on her Twitter page ‘babygirlparis’, where she has commented and posted pictures of visiting Dubai’s indoor ski slope, riding a camel and meeting up with her parents at Abu Dhabi’s Emirates Palace hotel.

Her last night in Dubai on Thursday will be marked with a club appearance at Lotus One.

“We expect her to stay for a good two to three hours,” a club spokeswoman told Maktoob Business. “She flies to Beirut on Friday.”

On Friday night she will be at Beirut’s massive Forum de Beyrouth venue.
