Subscriptions Marketing Manager - Headway

A multinational publishing company is looking for a Subscriptions Marketing Manager. The role will involve developing and managing the subscriptions marketing campaigns for two of the company's products in addition to managing two telesales executives. You will be responsible for achieving new subscription sales targets, writing and maintaining a comprehensive subscriptions marketing plan to keep and attract new subscribers in addition to managing budgets. This role will require a confident individual with strong leadership skills who can work under pressure. You are likely to have a marketing or business related degree with at least 5 years experience in subscriptions marketing and used to working in a fast paced marketing department within a B2B publishing environment. It will require the individual to be able to demonstrate and increase the value of high quality subscriptions marketing service to the business. This is a high profile role and requires a driven and enthusiastic individual.

Job Skills :
To apply for this role you will have at least 5 years experience in subscriptions marketing with a marketing or business related degree. Ideally you will also have a CIM qualification. You will be skilled in managing and motivating staff in addition to generating revenue to agreed targets. You will be familiar with direct marketing techniques and managing outside agencies in addition to having the ability to analyse and manipulate data.
