Our firm has an opening in O2 KSA for a General Manager; this will be a permanent position;
1.Manages the work of the client servicing team who are responsible for establishing and maintaining contacts with clients. Deals with clients, to maintain goodwill and promote business, to address and resolve problems and to discuss advertising contracts.
2.Responsible for providing overall development of business from existing clients. Builds strong on-going relationships with the clients and ensures a high level of client satisfaction.
3.Manages a diverse base of clients and supervises advertising campaigns from conception to completion.
4.Manage the operations team internally to achieve the highest level of internal performance and support to other team members in the agency
5.Understands the marketing plans and brand strategy of clients and directs the efforts of the creative services and other functions to fulfil client requirements and initiate new strategies and plan to the clients in order to increase our sales portfolio of the client, yearly by marketing expenditure.
6.Meets with clients to understand their creative briefs, types of output desired and media selection and schedules and communicates these to other functions within the agency.
7.Pays attention to details, ensures excellent client service, manages customer expectations, resolves issues and cultivates lasting relationships.
8.Overall responsible for the Annual Operating Expense Budget.
9.Serves as a liaison between the client and the agency, maintains good internal relations with all other functions to be able to provide excellent service to the client.
10.In tandem with our creative needs identifies and creates new business opportunity
11.Develops programs to ensure increased communication and coordination between Creative and Client Servicing Dept
12.Fosters analyzing of activities of competitors in market areas and assesses their potential impact: determines and implements actions to maintain competitive status.
13.Responsible for formulating sales goals and assisting in the development of the overall revenue objectives.
14.Performs a strategic role by managing all the company’s sales and revenue activities. Ensures the highest standards of professionalism and knowledge in all staff.
15.To lead and direct client servicing team to deliver consistent service, exceed customer expectation and achieve dept specific objectives; report on a monthly basis on 25th of each month a report of herself and team, to the managing director, show how did you contributed to O2 objectives on short and long term
16.Monthly Progress report (for Client Servicing Dept) needs to be presented on 25th of every month to the Managing Director
Job Skills :
Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline. A qualification in Marketing, Advertising or Mass Communication is preferred.
3-5 years experience an advertising agency
Knowledge of MS Office, Photoshop, Illustrator, Quark Express. Knowledge of advertising, printing, media publications.
• Business skills including; accounting; control systems; human resources; marketing; finance.
• Supervisory skills including; co-ordination of staff; familiarity with payroll; staff evaluations.
• Public relations skill including; member relationships; director relationships;
• Good leadership skills
