For our client in Bahrain, we are now looking for a Marketing Director to head the Sales and Marketing department. The Marketing Director will be responsible for all PR, Sales, Marketing and EventsExhibitions of the organisation, will be reporting directly to the CEO, and will be part of the senior management team. As Marketing Director, your main responsibilities will be- Networking and Relationship Management of stakeholders, being the main point of contact for national and international partner organisations and stakeholders - Coordinating events, conferences, exhibitions and projects with clients, partner organisations and internally with relevant project managers - Plan, Develop and Manage all Marketing and Sales activities, materials, budgets and overall performance - Responsible for all PR and Media relations press releases, sponsorships and patronage events - Give strategic direction and focus to the department, train and manage Event Sales and Marketing teams- Implement up-to-date processes and systems and ensure proper use after implementation - Representing the organisation's activities and events on international conferences, congresses, exhibitions - directly promoting Bahrain as the preferred destination for large international events and business meetings.

Job Skills :
For this role, we are looking for a candidate that is familiar with the Bahrain market, has 5-8 years of managerial experience in a salesmarketing role, ideally in the events, exhibition and tourismhospitality industry. The successful candidate will have the following profile - Excellent management and leadership skills in senior MarketingSalesPR position - Outstanding networking, relationship building and communication skills - Able to attract and manage events and projects, while maintaining focus on daily management - Good interpersonal skills, dynamic team player who is looking for a senior management role with a wide range of responsibilities to enhance hisher career - Fluent English proficiency - Previous experience working in the Events and hospitality industry in the GCC is a must, experience in Bahrain highly preferred.
