Description :
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives. He shall evaluate customer research, market conditions, competitor data and implement marketing plan changes as needed. He will oversee all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities.
MANAGEMENT
•Responsible for directing and coordinating the work of the Sales & Marketing teams in the Retail Outlets and Clinic in all aspects including client generation, market base expansion, customer relationship management, service delivery, product/services development, online services and others.
•Establish department policies & procedures and ensure that they are effectively implemented.
•Direct staffing, training and performance evaluations of the Sales & Marketing teams to develop and control sales and marketing programs.
•Drive a solution set across development teams (Kitchen, Retail, Clinic) through market requirements, product life cycle and positioning.
•Manage the sales & marketing operating budget ensuring that the delivery of all marketing activities is within the agreed budget; provide direction to the sales & marketing staff on budget control and spending.
•Direct market channel development activity and coordinate sales distribution by establishing and assigning sales territories, quotas and goals.
•Provide training to sales people (both in the Retail Outlets, Clinic, Call Center) on organizational skills, account strategies and administrative responsibilities to ensure that a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained at all times.
•Responsible for the management and supervision of the Call Center and its personnel; ensure that pending customer issues and complaints coursed through the Call Center are satisfactorily handled and resolved.
PLANNING
•Develop and implement and annual strategic marketing/sales plan (detailing the activities to follow during the fiscal year) and forecasts for products and services in order to focus on meeting organizational or corporate objectives.
•Specify market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by ongoing visits to customers and non-customers.
•Evaluate market research in order to adjust marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions; evaluate competitor products, sales and marketing activities.
•Develop and recommend product positioning, packaging, and pricing strategy to produce the highest possible long-term market share.
•Plan and oversee advertising and promotion activities including print, online, electronic media, direct mail, exhibitions, fairs, visual displays and others.
•Establish and maintain a consistent corporate image in line with the CEO’s strategic vision and culture throughout all product/service lines, promotional materials and events.
OPERATIONS
•Prepare periodic sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion to be prepared to the Chief Executive Officer and General Manager.
•Review and analyze sales performance against programs, quotes and plans to determine effectiveness.
•Work closely with the Heads of Retail and Clinic together with the Head Chef in order to oversee product research and development; simplify and standardize product line to eliminate unprofitable items and replace them with new offerings.
•Act as the company representative to Trade Exhibits or Meetings in order to promote the company’s products and services.
•Meet with targeted key clients in order to deliver sales presentations to generate new clients, negotiate and close deals.
•Trouble-shoot problems with key clients, answer inquiries and handle complaints.
•Coordinate between the Sales & Marketing department and other sales-related units such as Retail Outlets and the Diet Clinic.
•Maintain relationships with existing clients and seek opportunities for new businesses.
