Position Summary:
To maintain and develop the HR Information System under the guidance of the HR Systems & Documents Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities:
•Provide support to HR Advisors, Generalist and Helpdesk on all HR Systems related issues
•Support system enhancement and implementation projects
•Test and troubleshoot HRIS Banner problems and issues
•Support data audits and any subsequent data cleansing exercises
•Support development of HR system training materials and programmes for HR staff and other departments
•Maintain system data accuracy and ensure compliance with data protection requirements
•Assist the development of HR metrics and standard reports
•Support HR Helpdesk to maintain HR Knowledge database and On-line applications

Technical Capabilities Required:
•Has strong functional HR knowledge and experience, ideally from the public sector and/or the Middle East, particularly in areas of HR Policy, HR Systems and Infrastructure, Records Management / Filing, HR Analysis and Reporting
Education and Experience
•A Baccalaureate (BA) in a related discipline
•Minimum of 3 years HR experience (with a minimum of 3 years experience in HR systems)
Or an equivalent combination of education and experience
