-Provide consultation to other members of management and employees in relation to HR practices and policies and establish and maintain the function of the HR team in context of legal implications and commercial enhancement.
-Develop and maintain effective employee relations and performance review programmes, assuring appropriate handling of employee issues and concerns.
-Ensure initiatives consider and align with compensation policies and other aspects that may be implicated by new programmes.
-Establish and maintain strong communication channels with colleagues and internal clients, ensuring the same inter-department.
-Ensure the HR Director is made aware of any serious issues or pending problems that indirectly or directly affects your decisions and -Ensure comprehensive investigation and sourcing of Third Party Suppliers (ie: training companies). Formally review performance of suppliers and implement a Preferred Supplier status.
Job Skills :
At least 3 years? HR working experience in a corporate HR environment is a must.
A? background of experience within the IT or Telecommunications environment would be preferable.
Ability to work independently and fluency in spoken and? written English.
To be able to work under pressure and keen to meet? deadlines.
Fully conversant and good knowledge of Human Resources? Management including performance management, appraisal and training. Corporate compensation and benefits, recruitment with the ability to adhere and localize company policies and procedures. Complete knowledge of the local Labor Law.
