FourFilms Sales Department, of FourFilms Printing Group, is currently seeking candidates for: Objective: to develop and implement agreed upon Marketing Plan which will meet business goals of expanding customer base in the marketing area. To work within the sales team for the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with company vision and values. •Sales executives with college degree in marketing, business, or equivalent •Minimum 4-6 years experience. •Well organized, serious, and hard working executives who follow through their work from advising customers and satisfying a wider client base to coordinating with production to ensure delivery within the agreed time frame. •Excellent communication skills are a must, especially when handling clients and other team members. •Knowledge in the printing industry is an asset. •Bilingual (Arabic and English) is of added value. Responsibilities: •Responsible for the sales of printing products and services. •Demonstrates technical selling skills and product knowledge in all areas of the printing industry. •Develops annual business plan in conjunction with Sales Manager, which details activities to follow during the fiscal year, which will focus the Sales Associate on meeting or exceeding sales quota. •Complete understanding of market sectors, offered product lines, annual trends, pricing, and proposal models. •Demonstrates the ability to carry on a business conversation with business owners and decision makers. •Maximizes all opportunities in the process of closing a sale resulting in the taking of market share from larger competitors. •Sells consultatively and makes recommendations to prospects and clients of the various solutions the company offers to their business issues. •Develops a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone conversations, face to face encounters, direct mail, email, and networking. •Assists in the implementation of company marketing plans as needed. •Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
