Responsibilities:
- Advice the management about the legality of insurance transactions, writing policies that is legally correct. - Help to protect companies from unwarranted action by reviewing claims and representing the company in court. - deal with and manage correspondence with regulatory and other governmental authorities in connection with the company’s business. - Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
Job Skills :
Candidate must be at least 4-5 years experience as an in-house legal advisor in a large corporation. Should be able to handle company secretarial matters. Must have experience in Insurance industry.
