The successful respondent will have 15-20 years insurance experience and have a senior level of technical, claims and underwriting skills. Knowledge of insurance and underwriting principles, practices and procedures is also vital. Candidates need outstanding communication, negotiation and presentation skills, able to effectively interact with all internal and external business partners. Previous management and leadership experience, including proven results building high-performance teams and developing high-performance people, is required. You will have average interpersonal skills along with an understanding of managing large multi-geographic and complex underwriting & claims operations Responsibilities: - Should handle all types of Insurance and to guide the U/Ws. - Should be responsible of Evaluation and Assessment and pricing the risks. - Should be able to prepare tailor made products according to the requirements.
