Description :
• Place, approve, follow-up, and expedite POs (Purchase Orders) with suppliers • Review MRs (Material Requisitions) from Supply Chain • Place, approve, follow-up, and expedite POs (Purchase Orders) with suppliers • Request and analyze quotes from suppliers • Prepare PSRs (Purchase Strategy Reports) for internal approval • Maintain Ordering File • Generate New Item Request forms • Update Cataloging Department and AIM with new and revised information • Resolve issues with suppliers • Undertake special projects as required

Job Skills :
• Diploma in procurement, logistics or equivalent. • Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing of industrial materials and maintenance parts • Very good command of spoken and written English for technical writing and commercial communication • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for direct interaction with customers and colleagues
