Description :
1. Plan, analyze, and develop financial strategies for the company. 2. Supervises and manages all aspects of the accounts department. 3. Formulate strategies and enable all financial resources to optimize organizational liquidity and service of capital for the Company. 4. Manage asset growth and minimize risk exposure of all investments. 5. Manage, analyze and ensure all financial controls (both internal and external), revenue targets, profits and any corrective actions are taken to guarantee alignment with the company's financial objectives. 6. Ensure that the company has an effective tax structure on all of its investments and assets. 7. Control the accounting process, design and track financial data, plans and projections. 8. Develop and maintain productive relationships with auditors, bankers, and other financial institutions. 9. Makes budget recommendations for various departments 10. Reviews and approves monthly, quarterly and year end accounting statements and reports. 11. Reviews and approves payments such as reimbursements, payments on accounts, vouchers, checks, etc

Job Skills :
1. Atleast 5 years experience in the finance sector of the same level CA/CPA 2. Possess strong leadership and management skills, a level-headed problem-solver. 3. Must possess the character and experience to make formal presentations and defend financial statements. 4. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills 5. Must have high energy level, a fast thinker with ingenuity and lots of common sense 6. Very articulate and fluent in English
