Description :
- Receives customer inquiries and suggests replacement of non-available parts - Discusses part prices with customers and prepares quotations for client purchases - On receiving purchase order, prepares drafts for part collection, arranges for delivery and prepares invoices - Prepares order requests for unavailable parts to the suppliers - Follows-up cash, cheque or credit payments made by customers - Submits monthly report on collection forecast - Reviews competitors parts and prices and makes recommendations to the management for possible actions - Performs other duties as assigned by Line Manager
