Temporary Receptionist at MENACOM Group

Description :
As a receptionist your main responsabilities will be: •Retrieves messages from voice mail and forwards to appropriate personnel. •Answers incoming telephone calls, determines purpose of callers, and forwards calls to appropriate personnel or department. •Takes and delivers messages or transfers calls to voice mail when appropriate personnel are unavailable. •Answers questions about organization and provides callers with address, directions, and other information. •Welcomes on-site visitors, determines nature of business, and announces visitors to appropriate personnel. •Receives, sorts, and routes mail, and maintains and routes publications. •Keeps a track of the international calls made by the staff so as to enable the accounts department to debit the amount to the personnel. •Keeps a track of the attendance punching card to prepare monthly report to the managers to keep timing and attendance of Staff. •Performs other clerical duties as needed, such as filing, photocopying, and collating.
