Manage & Develop the companys Procurement Department Process by implementing Methodology & Setting up proper reporting structure to improve the departments Capability, Professionalism & Service Support provided to internal & external user based on the overall company requirement.

Job Skills :
Management of the Procurement Department for the supply of material & services within the company. Implementation of Procurement Dept. Policies & Procedure to ensure full development of Dept. capability. Ensure Purchase Requisitions are entered to the Oracle Purchase Order system by ensuring timely authorization process is achieved as per Key Performance Indicator Annual Target. Handling of daily Purchase Requisitions to ensure timely targets are met with Key Performance Indicator. Ensuring of proper process is achieved for supplier inclusion & supplier Questionnaire is fulfilled. Assess & Evaluate of suppliers on regular basis to ensure information are updated on Approval Supplier List. Liaise with suppliers over the delivery of non delivered goods or services, late delivery of goods or incorrect delivery. Maintain hardware assets register using appropriate tools.
