Description :
The position is for a self motivated, enthusiastic web designer and manager. Responsibilities will include; - The layout, visual appearance and usability of the company’s website - interfaces for websites, micro sites, and other digital projects - authentic and modern interface design skills - a solid grasp of the latest web standards - strong working knowledge of Flash and Action script and a clear understanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScript fundamentals - Ensure motion graphics and interaction design communicate successfully for varying technical and performance specifications - Research, develop and create layouts for new sections and features

Job Skills :
- Experience designing highly usable, effective interfaces for web sites and/or web-based applications - Comprehension of information design - Expert knowledge in Flash and Actionscript 2 and 3, experience with AS3 a plus - Proficient in developing standards-compliant HTML, CSS, and JavaScript - Ability to work alone or as part of a team - Ability to multitask, juggle multiple projects at one time and meet tight deadlines
