Starbucks is now looking for a Food Manager to support food transformation projects in the Middle East markets, manage food & beverage innovations, menu development and vendor support. Food Manager's role is t assure overall profitability. Responsibilities: Identify and develop opportunities to maximize sales through food product offering and standards. Prepare and control overall quality and costs. Develop and implement menu lines which are appropriate for all periods of the day Maintain strong relations with vendors through regular communication, updates, feedback and follow up. Develop and implement a system of in store training to maximize the success of new food inactive. Ensures that Starbucks techniques and food specialism are emulated in food operations.

Job Skills :
Minimum 10 years experience in the retail/food arena. Bakery experience and technical baking skills are required. Experience of implementation of food related programs, recipe refinement and procurement. Experience of negotiating terms of business with new suppliers Ability to analyse information on product performance.
