Job Purpose: GTRC Sales Supervisor primary objective is to lead his unit and team via the delivery of GTRC’s sales fundamentals of Distribution, shelving, pricing and merchandizing across channels thus achieving his monthly and annual trade value and volume set targets. Key Accountabilities: Develop outlet sales and delivers highest numeric distribution and GTRC product penetration Reviews MTD Sales per Sales Rep and give directions (corrective if necessary) to Salesman accordingly Trains, inspires & motivates his team in order to achieve company monthly objectives. With his unit, translates GTRC Sales objectives into specific action plans to improve distribution, share of shelf, market share & other KPI’s per category, brand and outlet. Maintains credit control of customers in line with GTRC trading terms. Spends 80% of his time in the field with his sales team and documents it in a field contact and on-the-job training reports.

Job Skills :
Minimum 2-3 years FMCG experience in as similar leading role. BA or BS degree Training and coaching of sales team Initiative, follow through & priority setting Strong communication and interpersonal skills Team player and result oriented High leadership and problem solving skills Age between 25-32 years Valid Kuwait Driving License
