Description :
Job Purpose: Reporting to the Director Residential Divisions, the contracting Manager is responsible for driving the overall day-to-day operations growth expansion,and assist subordinate managers in managing order Intake as well as Installation staff in the division to achieve Sales /execution targets within estimated cost, satisfy customers, reduce installation cost and manage material suppliers. Key Accountability: Set up monthly and yearly sales /execution plans. Set up Sales Targets. Motivate sales staff to achieve sales Targets. Develop new sales channels. Sustain and maintain excellent relations with old customers. Monitor and control execution cost. Actively involve in the sourcing/procurement activities along with proper inventory management. Ensure client satisfaction through providing leadership in client relationship and project Management.

Job Skills :
Knowledge of the Gulf market and previous expatriate assignments will be an advantage Possess exceptional knowledge of Elevators Brands. Excellent written and spoken Arabic and English, is advantage Age from 35 - 45 years Minimum five years sales &installation experience as a specialist of Elevators Excellent communication and presentation skills Proven analytical and organization skills Self motivated with strong leadership and team player skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment
