Our client, a leading hospitality chain in the GCC, is urgently looking for a Human Resource Manager for their newly opened hotel in Dubai. The position will be reporting directly to the General Manager.
The main Duties and Responsibilities of the Human Resource Manager will be:
•To develop a strong HR Strategy for the hotel.
•To focus on policies, recruitment, compensation and development of the hotel staff.
Job Skills :
The Human Resource Manager MUST HAVE:
•Minimum 2 years experience as an Assistant HR Manager with a reputable international hotel chain.
•In depth knowledge in training and development.
•University graduate with preferably HR as a Major.
•Excellent spoken English.
•Ability to communicate with the senior management.
•Strong leadership skills.
•Outgoing, meticulous, matured and an organized personality.
•Strong initiator.
•Age in between 32 – 35.
•Currently a resident of UAE.
Nice to have Skills:
•Ability to communicate in Arabic Knowledge.
•Experience within GCC.
