Summary:
To sell equipment and systems to customers through performing all the sales cycle. To help the department in all required systems designs/quotations.
Essential Responsibilities:
• Targeting markets and sectors as per management instructions.
• Conducting the prospecting, pre-approach, approach, handling of objections, approval, and payment collection stages.
• Conducting site surveys and preparing adequate designs and quotations for self and for team members.
• Delivering presentations to clients and consultants.
• Getting all available data on competition and market situation and communicating it to management. The more this information can be tangible (copies of competitors’ offers) the more it is useful.
• Performing market research.
• Correspondence with customers and/or suppliers when asked for. In all cases approval.
• To allocate, prioritise and check work of a team of Design Engineers.
• To check and evaluate design and material specifications for tender.
• To prepare and check material data sheets and material take off reports
• To incorporate feed back from projects and customers for design clarification and modifications during the development and construction project phases.
Job Skills :
• Minimum 5 years sales experience, preferably in Data Center systems sales.
• Effective Sales Personality: Pleasant appearance, Manners, Conversational Habits, Enthusiasm, Positive Can-do-it attitude, Sincerity, Presentation Skills, Cooperation, Positive thinking, building relationships, Self Organization, and Integrity.
• Selling Skills: Prospecting, Pre-approach, Approach, Handling of objections, Approval, Closing, and Reporting.
• Security Product/Industry Knowledge.
• Proven experience in Sales tasks.
• Mastering English and/or Arabic Languages
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Basic knowledge of Auto CAD.
• Bright and uses common sense.
