This firm is an international multi-disciplinary company of chartered surveyors and property consultants. The senior quantity surveyor will have a 10-15 years experience, with a consultant background. The SQS will have a degree in quantity surveying, and RICS. Project experience will be client facing, procedural work, cost reports, capable of negotiating with the main contractor. The projects will be hotel & resorts and mixed use developments. The basic salary is a guideline; it will be determined by knowledge and experience.
