This firm is an international multi-disciplinary company of chartered surveyors and property consultants. Established in the United Kingdom eighty years ago, they have seven UK offices as well as international branches in Croatia, Malta, Poland, Qatar and Singapore. The quantity surveyor will have a 5-10 years experience, with a consultant background. The QS will have a degree in quantity surveying or similar, and RICS preferred. Project experience will be procedural work, cost reports, pre or post contract. The projects will be hotel & resorts and mixed use developments. The basic salary is a guideline; it will be determined by knowledge and experience.
