Description :
Job Purpose Ensure the gaps and corrective actions are identified and implemented in support of the overall Quality Management System. Key Result Areas: - Co-ordinate with the various QF HQ departments to ensure awareness and understanding of the Quality Management System. - Plan and co-ordinate Quality internal audits as required. - Ensure that Quality internal audit findings and recommendations are reported in accordance with ISO requirements. - Apprise management of Quality audit findings and corrective actions status. - Ensure that the procedures and processes prescribed by the Quality Management System are in place and implemented. - Participate in gap analysis exercises and provide advice to the Manager QMS on bridging the gap. - Identify, develop and report QMS metrics. - Participate in continuous improvement activities to support the BPI Directorate. - Conduct QMS, EMS and OHS integrated certification audits.

Job Skills :
Knowledge, Skills and Experience: - Bachelors Degree is preferable. - Minimum 5 years experience required. - Training in Quality related fields is a plus. - Good written and oral communication skills in English. - Knowledge of MS Office applications. - Internal or Lead Auditor certification is required.
