Principal Accountabilities: The principal accountabilities will encompass: •Implement various communication modules for the company. •Develop communication plan and program based on best practices and current trends together with other department. •Measure effectiveness of communications activities, and customizing it to the requirement of the organization. •Work towards achieving the set sales targets. •Building brand equity and projecting a positive image of the company. •Provide direction, guidance, momentum and vision for the organization and focuses on advancing the mission and goals of the organization. •Facilitate each member’s contributions to the organization and channels each member’s energies and strengths toward areas of interest. •Develop and implement corporate communications and branding strategies for the company. •Coordinate with media, community, the public and employees on communication of corporate messages, media relations and corporate social responsibility campaigns/activities. •Foster an environment that advances staff through effective coaching, professional development, and succession planning.
