Description :
We are looking for a strong candidates to join the Infrastructure Advisory team. These positions will be based in the Middle East (UAE or Saudi Arabia) and fills an integral role in the team. It involves working closely with other members of the team to execute a variety of engagements related to the development of core infrastructure projects across a variety of sectors, including transportation, health care, accommodation, municipal services, water and waste water and environmental. In this role you will: ? Develop and review PPP projects business cases by applying financial models to reflect the commercial arrangements of the particular infrastructure project the team is advising on. ? Support public sector organizations in their procurement process for (Public Private Partnership) PPP including drafting (Request For Quote) RFQs, (Request For Propositions) RFPs and other tools generally used during the process ? Synthesize research information to be used in modeling, proposals, industry analysis, negotiation support and various other applications ? Prepare and deliver presentations to clients ? Lead the preparation of proposals and pitches to clients ? Mentor, coach and train more junior resources ? Provide project management and supervision ? Manage multiple projects concurrently and support Senior Managers and Directors in identifying and exploring potential new business

Job Skills :
? Undergraduate degree preferably with a CFA, MBA or accounting qualification ? Exposure to various financing techniques for infrastructure, ideally using Islamic financing instruments ? Industry exposure to one or more of the following sectors: Transportation, Health, Utilities, Accommodation and Municipal Services ? Experience in an Investment Bank or financial advisory firm ? Experience in structuring project financing on a non-recourse basis ? Experience in PPP, structured finance or general business consulting to government related to outsourcing or transformation ? Experience in business development, financial modelling or procurement support for government clients ? A working knowledge of the International Finance and Accounting concepts and principles as it relates to PPP transactions ? Strong project management skills, IT and financial modeling ? Fluent in English with Arabic language skills desired ? Strong knowledge of PPP best practice and an understanding of government processes
