Job Responsibilities •Responsible for achieving successful results and outputs as planned in the strategic and work plans •Responsible for arranging teams, tasks, tracking measures and guidance for smooth and uninterrupted execution •Responsible for attending all meeting and checkpoint with his team and the stakeholders •Responsible for checking progress against planned and take corrective actions when deviation takes place •Responsible for coordinating work and communication between his team members and the stakeholders •Responsible for designing project and operational plans and procedures •Responsible for distributing work instructions, tasks, and the needed information for his team to carry on the assigned work •Responsible for executing plans and roadmaps •Responsible for identifying risks and issues and updating plans accordingly •Responsible for maintaining a healthy working environment that is safe, secure and motivating •Responsible for managing the IT people in order to get the work done •Responsible for monitoring performance and conformance to standards, work ethics, policies and professional conduct •Responsible for performing performance evolutions for his IT team on time and according to the organization policies •Responsible for preparing plans for all management objectives, including risks, quality, schedules, costs, requirements and scope, human resources, purchasing, integration and changes •Responsible for providing help and support for his IT team

Job Skills :
•Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field •Strong leadership skills •Strong communication and presentation skills •Strong interpersonal skills •Excellent understanding of software development lifecycle •Extensive experience in integration development context •Understanding the challenges in software development and ability to manage them •Minimum 3 years of proven experience in managing software projects •A PMP certification is considered a plus
