Description :
(Reporting to the Sales Senior Officer) responsible for serving in store Customers aiming to maximize company’s gross profit through executing sales activities, and meeting targeted sales forecasts. 1.Achieve the sales plan and work for constant development for it and increase ABYAT’s market share. 2.Achieve the maximum quality of service and exceed Customer expectations. 3.Greet customers and respond to all their enquiries and requests. 4.Create Customer records in system and assure the accuracy of data entered according to ABYAT’s standards and regulations. 5.Prepare Customer quotations after checking availability date of items, and communicate any changes and/or alternatives to the customer. 6.Contact customers to confirm quotations; if quotation date is reaching expiry, and ensure that the system is regularly updated. 7.Checking quantities of goods on display and in stock; 8.Provide advise on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions; 9.Calculate monthly sales forecasts and evaluate customer trends.

1.Thorough knowledge in products and their specifications 2.High sales skills 3.Customer service skills. 4.Basic computer skills. 5.Excellent communication skills; 6.Fluent in English and Arabic.
