(Reporting to the Store General Manager) Responsible for serving the Customer through managing and directing the in-store sales and Customer service activities as well as ensuring the efficient execution of logistics operations in order to achieve the maximum gross profit per Customer, and maintain the best quality of service that exceeds Customers expectations. 1.Manage and guide all activities of sales and services efficiently and in the minimal time to acquire full customer’s satisfaction to achieve the maximum gross profit from each customer 2.Plan sales strategies and work on growing ABYAT’s market share and targeted profits. 3.Ensuring to achieve the desired sales targets 4.Manage the performance of all subordinates and ensure efficient compliance with Customer service standards and store policies and regulations. 5.Supervise activities performed by the sales team in Customer reception and greeting 6.Supervise the process of Customer’s Quotations preparation and following it until converted into a sales order 7.Evaluate Customer trends and plan monthly sales forecasts 8.Manage Logistics strategies and ensure warehousing smooth operations 9.Efficiently manage the inventory in the storage area 10.Ensure the optimum utilization of all available resources and equipment 11.Manage sales activities and the promotions that are available in the Souk Area 12.Supervise the following of ABYAT’s discounts, free giveaways and samples policy 13.Ensure the availability and placement of publications inside and outside the showroom Supervise the cleaning and organizing of the showroom and ensure the safety of product displays

Job Skills :
1.Thorough knowledge on Retail and sales operations 2.Deep knowledge on customer relationship management and customer service skills 3.Strong sales and logistics management skills 4.Market and product knowledge 5.High level of problem solving and analytical skills 6.Team leading skills 7.Basic Computer Skills 8.Fluent in English and Arabic. Minimum 8 years of experience of which at least 3 years in a managerial position
