Description :
To assist the superior in the smooth and efficient running of a comprehensive reception of the Marina while ensuring high levels of diplomacy and communication skills.
Job Responsibilities include:
• Handle all incoming/outgoing telephone calls and connect the caller to the correct department or required person in the Company
• Answer telephone calls in a polite and pleasing manner without offending the caller
• Maintain contact list and assist the company employees in calling outside parties / agencies
• Attend to visitors to the company premises and guide them to the appropriate person / department
• Make visitors to the company premises comfortable till their contact person attends to them
• Ensure that the reception area is clean and tidy
• Deal with visitor’s complaints and inquiries in an efficient manner.
• Berth booking & client administration
• To streamline all the data of the marina such as, but not limited to: berthing records, berthing agreements, application forms, waiting lists, financial records and invoices.
• Running the Front desk of the Marina
Job Skills :
• Minimum 2-3 years in office experience.
• Very good language skills in English and Arabic
• High degree of professionalism
• The ability to work under pressure, without supervision, has good organisational and communication skills and good business English.
