Maintenance Supervisor (Mechanical / Instrumentation / Analyzer) at National Industrialization Company (Tasnee)

Description :
Directs, coordinates and supervises the provision of mechanical installation, maintenance, testing and repair for assigned area, including preparation of schedules, establishing work priorities and carrying out testing as required for turnaround checks. Supervises the maintenance activities of assigned personnel in his unit. Performs supervisory duties and exercises financial authority at the level established by management for the position. Establishes and/or re-evaluates “PM” schedules based on manufacturer’s specifications and industry standards for all assigned equipment, including pumps, compressors, turbines and motors. Recommend changes are necessarily required. Monitors procedures employed at work sites to ensure adherence to all quality and safety standards. Ensures all procedures and standards conform to the company and industry requirements. Prepares various reports, including daily, weekly and monthly reports covering progress and vehicle, equipment problems, overtime reports, manpower studies, capital and maintenance budget forecasts and materials forecasts, etc. for review by own supervisor. Technically analyze various equipment failures, decide corrective actions, discuss with Technical Support Engineers and supervise implementation of repair procedures. Provides and coordinates various training programs for Saudi employees working under his Supervisor. This includes on-the-job , fast track and developmental training as required, and the monitoring of progress, appraisal and reporting accordingly. Carries out other similar or related duties as assigned, such as coordinating with other foremen to implement emergency repairs, preparing special reports and relieving supervisor in his absence. Etc.
