Description :
Work with project managers to develop project plans according to defined requirements
• With the help of the Project and or Program managers create and or update the Project-Program Plans and any necessary MEEZA Project documentation
•Audit project documentation for completeness and accuracy
•Support and facilitate the process of project management, to include reviewing project artifacts, setting up gate reviews, and maintaining dashboard reports on project status
•Communicate with the project team to get status and update plans
•Work with project stakeholders to ensure requirements are gathered and being met
•Use MS Office Products to support the project planning and controlling processes
•Primary duty will be focused on creating construction schedules using Microsoft Project Planning software.
•Must be proficient with using and creating project schedules utilizing MS Project software.
Job Skills :
•Bachelor's Degree in related area Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a project coordinator supporting a project management group.
•Experience with MS Project Planning software and MS Office Suite
•Minimum of 2 years of experience in a IT project management environment
•Must have excellent communication and written skills in Arabic and English
•Must be a team player and have the ability to also work independently with little supervision
•Highly desired- Experience working in a MS SharePoint environment
•Highly desired – Project Management Organization membership and certification in either PMP or Prince2
