Senior Accountant- Accounts Receivable (Automobiles Co.) at Alfardan Group

Under supervision of Chief Accountant, and the company’s standard operating procedures, is responsible for the maintenance of Accounts Receivables of the company, correctly accounting for invoices and payments, timely preparation of Receivables reports, Dunning and reconciling all Accounts Receivable records. Duties and Responsibilities: Maintenance of Accounts Receivable. Responsible for ensuring that AR records are kept updated perpetually Reconciles Accounts Receivable balances with customer statements. Dunning letters Supervision of Credit controller Ensures set off of receipts against invoices to maintain open item list Periodic Aged receivable reports Preparation of AR related MIS reports and analysis Adherence to Standard operating policies and procedures Assist in period end closing and reporting Maintaining documents/ records pertaining to Accounts Receivable. Supervision of the work of assistants Performs related duties and special projects as assigned.

Job Skills :
- Graduate or Post Graduate in Commerce - Good IT skills - Around 5 years in maintaining Accounts Payable of companies ideally engaged in retail industry. -Experience in Microsoft Dynamics GP Note: Offers of employment are subject to references satisfactory to AFG.
