Duties & Responsibilities: • Monitor performance against established sales plan and check/track invoices and expenditure against budgets. • Prepare detailed analysis, market research and briefings in the professional area to provide sufficient data for decision making • Maintain contact with airline agents, where required • Manage the selling cycle for nominated accounts from appointment through to sales closure and ongoing support, including coordination with other departments where necessary. • Follow specific procedures such as problem response; interline agreements, rapid response time, e-ticketing, etc. • Monitor trends that indicate the need for new services, in addition to overseeing service development • Ensure accurate and prompt completion of all sales related administration. • Develop and maintain business relationships with a network of? agreed customer contacts, under direction of higher supervision, to ensure continued connection with existing and potential customers to market and sell products and services. • May provide technical input to the marketing business case for new service packages, and to support new service launches; or, when technology and /or customer requirements change, suggest ways of adapting or withdrawing service which minimize disruption to the customer.

Job Skills :
• Bachelor degree in a business-oriented discipline. • 2-3 years experience • Product/service knowledge • Organization Knowledge • Basic negotiating Skills • PC literate- MS Office • Good communication skills • Good written and spoken Arabic & English. • Analytical Thinking
