Operations Manager- E&I at Talent2

Our client is a leading EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) Contracting company based in Abu Dhabi with annual turnover about $150 million and they have over 100 permanent employees providing high level of technologies in the field of Electrical, instrumentation and control systems areas with well known companies in the region operating in the Oil &Gas, utilities, petrochemicals and refineries field. As an Operations Manager you will be reporting to the General Manager and you should have previous exposure to E&I projects in access of 25 million $. -Overall accountability and responsibility of projects. -Manage facility personnel including staffing, training, administration of department wages, organizational structure and performance reviews of personnel, and recommendations for promotion and transfer of staff. -Monitor / manage revenue and cost on a routine basis and in enough detail to assure divisional financial goals are met and as appropriate and as reported. -Prepare status reports and modify schedules or plans as required. Analyse projects for adherence to budget and percentage of profitability. -Assist in the establishment and ensure compliance of the operational units’ short-term and long-range goals consistent with overall corporate objectives.

Job Skills :
To apply you should have/be: •Electrical or Instrumentation Engineer with at-least 10 - 20 years of experience in the same field. •Experience in Oil & Gas Industries preferably in multinational contracting companies particularly in Projects Management. •Middle East experience is a must. •Core experience should be in Construction/ EPC related to Electrical & Instrumentation.
