Job purpose Lead and coordinate the fieldwork team in an effective and efficient manner on a day-to-day basis. Ensure that sufficient audit evidence is gathered and correctly documented to support the audit opinion, in accordance with the firm's standards, engagement objectives, client history and planned audit approach. Your client responsibilities: • Identify and realize opportunities and ideas to provide value to the client. • Maintain a professional attitude to client needs, responding on a timely basis to clients' requests. • Secure and enhance client relationships with the appropriate level of management and present a favorable impression of the firm. • Develop and maintain an appropriate external network of business contacts. • Demonstrate professionalism and competence in the clients' environment. • Ensure all client deliverables are prepared on a timely basis to a high technical standard and presentational quality (including draft financial statements, management letters, business review memorandums and other client communications). • Communicate and share all client and engagement knowledge with all the engagement team on a timely basis. • Stay informed of relevant technical, business and economic developments. Your people responsibilities: • Coach and mentor less experienced professionals. • Understand the skill-set of the engagement team and ensure that the individual team members are allocated sufficiently challenging work. • Appraise team members in a constructive and timely manner. • Live our shared cultures and values at all times and encourage team members to do the same. • Review work of team members (where applicable) on a timely basis and in a thorough and constructive manner. • Ensure that the engagement manager and partner are informed about important audit or accounting issues on a timely basis. • Work with practice support (financial) staff to coordinate work-in-progress, billing and collection processes.

Job Skills :
We are looking for the candidates with the following qualities: • Experience - at least one year of experience as an audit in-charge (Big four preferred) • Qualification -Accounting Graduate (Internationally recognized qualification i.e. CPA, ACCA, CA preferred) You will need to: • Embrace and Lead Change - Identify ways to improve what you do. Enthusiasm for new opportunities and ideas. • Promote Teamwork - Contribute actively to team discussions. Cooperate, share information and communicate with the team. • Provide Advice And Resolve Issues - Talk to clients to explore their concerns and priorities, and share your discoveries with EY executives. Identify the decisions that need to be made. • Focus on the Client / Understand the business - Help colleagues understand client's needs, ethics and technical requirements, responding to clients' needs; queries. Share important issues raised by clients with managers. • Plan and Deliver Work - Direct daily activity and keep an eye open for potential problems, so that you can quickly adapt plans and alert stakeholders. Organize tasks for maximum efficiency.
