Estimates construction costs and prepares budgets for future projects; Manages project designs through communication third party specialists; Reviews project progress and ensures project conforms to owner requests; Reviews design for value and errors and omissions; Maintains the project budget, monitors contract amendments and evaluates progress of payments; Sets projects schedules based on assessment of project design, budget and other user requests; Coordinates communication and lines of responsibility between project teams; Oversees progress and quality of construction; interprets design intent and facilitates solutions; Maintains accurate sets of construction contract documents by recording all documentation; Facilitates start-up orientations and equipment operation; Tracks project budget costs and makes recommendations for revision when appropriate; Communicates and coordinates regularly with appropriate others to maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of interdepartmental operations and activities;

Job Skills :
Ability to manage the full range of tourism , residential and commercial projects activities including estimating project costs and monitoring budgets; managing subcontracts from initial design and bid solicitation through final inspection; managing project design from internal approval processes through final occupancy, addressing and/or negotiating user and code requirements; and recommending policy and specification revisions. Candidate should ensures that a project is completed on time, within budget and of the specified quality.
