Conveying GM's instruction to various company executives. Managing all his communication through email and correspondence and maintaining all confidential documents. Responsible for providing administrative and secretarial support to senior management, planing,Arranging Meeting Schedules, organize and perform a variety of administrative functions and tasks with highly proficient level in a fast-paced and highly visible environment. Duties: -Set up and maintain the manager’s calendar and contact database; arrange and confirm meetings and screen requests for appointments. - Prepare clear, accurate and concise records and reports. - Manage high volume of work and perform tasks from brief instructions. - Management of multiple and changing priorities and perform other duties as assigned Should have a minimum 5 years of Executive Secretary /PA experience with excellence communication skills
