Ensure that the highest standards of visual merchandising are implemented & maintained Work to assist the achievement of sales targets, driving sales performance through effective store layouts & window displays Ensure brand standards are met & consistent throughout the brand and that equipment is put to cost effective use Deliver on going training & coaching to share initiatives & best practises Ability to spot potential opportunities to drive the business within their remit
