Role Summary/Purpose
A·To maximize Orders, Sales, Margin numbers, market share and customer satisfaction of assigned products, business solutions and services within respective area
A·To develop and maintain excellent, long term customer relationship and achieve high customer satisfaction by utilizing internal and GE wide resources
Essential Responsibilities
A·To generate leads and sell assigned products, business solutions and services to customers within assigned area
A·To track relevant markets efficiently and provide accurate current and forecast data, using information tools available
A·To structure and communicate market and competition information to/from the field
A·To communicate effectively with members of Sales/ITPS/Marketing/Service team in order to maximize order, sales and margin potential and communicate leads to relevant colleagues
A·To organize and perform product/solution/service demonstrations and site visits in cooperation with Sales Support, Prod. Mgmt., Consultants, etc.
A·To analyze and specify customer needs and requirements and derive customized solutions
A·To prepare and coordinate tender responses and validation of tender documentation in cooperation with appropriate functions (Marketing, ITPS, Service, Legal, etc.)
A·To generate, record and maintain customer profiles, including keeping track of key decision makers, using tools available
A·To ensure knowledge of and compliance with Company policies and quality processes
A·To negotiate customer contracts following the terms of standard contracts provided by the legal counsel
A·To be involved actively in the payment collection process
A·To maintain effective Quality System
Qualifications/Requirements
A·Experience in selling complex IT solutions and servicesA·Technical expertise in healthcare IT or IT applications industry A·Proven strong selling and deal closing skillsA·Strong negotiation and communication skills at all levelsA·Strong presentation skillsA·Good team working skills A·Knowledge of relevant marketA·Knows how to position solutions in front of customers (added value selling, customer productivity)A·Fluent in relevant local language
